Best Sushi & Teriyaki

"Well, this is kind of disappointing. This was our go-to for teriyaki. But, then they changed management. The food is not as good. And, the service can be less than friendly. It seems like they're pinching every penny which lowers the dining experience. Too bad."

"Absolutely terrible service. Extremely unapologetic staff when they served us, to go, overcooked, black, dry chicken without any sauce. Straight from the grill onto a bed of dry rice and into styrofoam. No extra teriyaki sauce, no teriyaki on the chicken at all and burnt. Gyoza was put into the bag with no sauce so it was dry too. Went back after discovering this once we got home, our fault for not checking and are bad for thinking we could trust them to make decent food, And they were full of excuses. They said customers complained about teriyaki sauce on teriyaki and they like their chicken black. They owned nothing and were completely unapologetic and combative. They eventually made the chicken teriyaki again but this time put way too much sauce on it aggressively clearly. There was so much sauce that it leaked out all over the bag on the way out of the door even though I didn't tilt it. When I show this to them they grabbed it and tilted and poured some of the sauce off and reclosed it and handed it to me and walked away. I'd rather starve than eat here again. These people do not deserve our business. With all of the teriyaki businesses out there you would think they would try to do something different or special rather than just plain arrogantly treat people like garbage. Never again."

"I hate giving bad reviews. I've worked for or owned small business' my whole life so I know it's not easy. But doing good business is very simple. For starters charge the price you have listed on your menu, not $2 more .. if your prices go up due to inflation then change your menu to reflect that... Secondly if you're going to make your fried rice fresh to order don't use day old reheated chicken to do so, that's just silly. What could have been a perfectly good meal was ruined by laziness or bad practices.. it was tasty food but I ended up spitting out a little hard pieces of chicken every second bite. I have confidence that this place COULD be a good restaurant.. But sadly today, it wasn't."

"Love this place but haven't been here in a while. The prices did go up significantly - but everything has lately, right? Still, I swallowed a little hard when I paid $38.40 for my order to go: Vegetable yakisoba, pork fried rice, a cup of miso soup and ONE egg roll. Fingers crossed that it's really yummy!"

"Great taste but the rice portion were too small and the bowl size is also physically smaller …I definitely get way more rice at other teriyaki places in the area for the same price . Food was ready super quick, in less than 5 minutes so that was a plus"
