"It really pains me to give such a low review because I really like Gravity Coffee and their employees, however i've had issues with the app for at least a year and I am part of the galaxy club for $10 a month and that's supposed to get you two free drinks and I can't even use those because the app is always down. It would be nice to get some sort of updates on the app because the employees don't know and I can't ask them to cancel the galaxy club either because they can't. I will gladly change my review if you give some sort of update for the app please, if these reviews even get looked at. *Update 1/16/24 - still no update"

"3 times out 3 stopping for a peanut butter protein only to be “out” of peanut butter. Guessing it’s a supply chain issue? Very shelf stable item to run out of. Could it be a best seller if peanut butter wasn’t out? Since that’s all I wanted the result was a lost sale for GC. Which would be completely invisible w/o a review."

"The drinks are good but you're really only getting 1/2 of what they're advertising. A 16oz drink is so full of ice you're only getting 8oz. Don't believe me? Bring a measuring cup and check it out for yourself. This review is not a reflection on the girls working the stand. They were all friendly and got things done correct the first time. This is a review on the company and shady tactics. Most places give you a larger cup to negate the ice. Like a 12oz drink served in a 16oz cup to help make up the difference. They also don't fill the cup up entirely. Maybe half way. Then I emailed corporate about it and they said if I wanted more product I can request less ice. But I don't want more product, just want what was advertised and what I paid for."
