Ichi Teriyaki

"My grandparents and I came to Ichi Teryaki on Saturday March 2nd around 3pm, and the guy who took our order made a gesture while we were looking at the menu waiting to order as if he was annoyed we were taking our time to choose. I did not like his attitude OR his customer service towards us, I will NOT be coming back here."

"I love their food, I do, however anytime you get anything with shrimp, you get maybe 6 shrimps max! This is my order from last night, it looks like they gave me someone’s leftovers. $20 for this man… it’s crazy and honestly it’s a big dealbreaker."

"The pork fried rice was burnt -, There were black beans in it too. It was bland. I had to add soy sauce to flavor it. The Orange chicken was good. Egg rolls were a bit soggy. Maybe this was one of their bad days in the kitchen. I don't think I will order from them again because well....you got to have good fried rice to go with the meal. Disappointed."

"The food here is absolutely amazing the Chinese options are delicious the sushi is fresh the teriyaki is perfect I don't have a single bad thing to say the General Tso's chicken was perfectly spicy and crispy and they definitely do not skip on the portions here probably one of the best spots in Federal Way for sure"

"Ichi Teriyaki is conveniently close to Trader Joe’s in Federal Way. The restaurant can seat about 32 people max. When you first walk in, you need to head to the front counter and order the food and pay first. There was no greeting, and when ordering a plate of chicken teriyaki from the male server, I had to repeat it a couple of times. The dish alone is $14.12, including the tax and tips. While seated and waiting for my meal, I saw another customer go up to the counter and get himself a bowl of soup. I assumed this was free and wish the server had mentioned something when I placed my order. I know water from the coke machine is free but unsure of the hot tea. I should have asked. My chicken teriyaki came on a platter. It is huge. I ate 3/4 of the way, and I was full. So no greeting, no mention of the free stuff, and no checking on me how the food tasted. No big deal. I'm just laying it out there because another teriyaki restaurant I've been to does all of that. So, due to the size of the plate and the atmosphere, this place deserves four stars from me."
