"Terrible experience, once again. Had a bad experience before and gave another chance. Had our car for 5 days and didn’t call us a single time. On day 4 (when we said we needed it back by) WE called and spoke to Brent the manager. He said warranty stuff was squared away and parts were in and would be starting that day and call when it’s ready to pick up. Sunday afternoon, still no word. WE called AGAIN. Spoke to Brent, apparently no work was done they were waiting on authorization from Hyundai - different story then day before. Told him the communication has sucked, in 5 days they didn’t reach out to us a single time or tell us it was delayed when we said we needed the car back Saturday. He was full of excuses and is a typical sales man trying to talk himself out of being responsible. Picked up the car and going to Hyundai. WILL NOT return after being a long term customer"
