"I can't say the service was good, nor the atmosphere because the food was so badly made. The best burger they have (meal #8) came with no lettuce, no tomato, no onion, and about a cup of mustard and catsup on it. Just plain catsup and so much mustard that I could not eat the meal. Fries were hard. Pop was good. Really horrible meal."

"I got a Jumbo Jack no maya plus mustard. The sandwich was Horrible the meat wasn't hot or warm to taste. Mustard coming out of the sandwich on the paper. To much Lettuce."

"The remodel is done here, and the restaurant looks great and clean inside. They are open till midnight, and we (2 people) stopped in at about 11PM for a late meal. The cashier did mention that she would be with us soon but concentrated on the drive-thru for ten minutes before taking our order. We ordered the Double Jack, and they were actually really good."

"I Ordered a number 10: chicken nugget meal for my daughter paid over $10 for cold fries, no drink choice other than diet which who drinks that, so I paid for a large drink and got a small ice water, then get all the way home to find egg rolls in place of chicken nuggets. I called to try to get them to make it right and for 8 minutes the phone rang and rang and rang until it finally hung up on me. Would like for them to make my bad experience right and just comp my daughters $10 chicken nugget meal. As upset as I am my daughter will probably have me go back in a week or 2 and it would be nice to have that meal on them at least because this is frustrating. Whatever happen to good fast food service? I worked in fast food for years and I would never mess up and order than ignore my customer when they just want you to make it right. #jackintheboxfail #jackinthebox make it right!"
