Viva Mexico Restaurant

"It's not the most authentic Mexican restaurant. The salsa was not spicy. It was mainly tomato. I asked for a spicy salsa, and they said that's the only one they have, but they can make it spicy. They brought back the same salsa but with Tapatio added to it. The food was not very flavorful. It was bland. It was obvious the restaurant caters more to non-Mexicans because of the lack of spice and bland food. The restaurant was filled with people, which is good for business, but none were Latino. Nothing is wrong with that at all. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, I would not recommend iViva Mexico. If you are looking for a mild Mexican restaurant, this place is a good choice."

"Highly recommend! I have lived in the area for five years and only recently tried this spot. I have been four times and the food has been consistently good. Service is by far the best I have received at a restaurant in years. Gives the impression family owners and employees. Cadillac margaritas are strong and tasty. Also a great price point for the food and drink. Such a good find. If I'm not cooking this is the spot!"
