"The al pastor taco was seasoned really well, not too much so it wasn’t dry and chalky but enough to let you know it’s Al pastor with a balance that comes from the fresh pineapple. The asada was done to near perfection, seasoned well, tender yet crispy. For the tacos they are a win, I look forward to trying more next time!"
