"They have a great selection of fresh sandwiches and fresh sides, soda fountain and desserts too. This shop is conveniently located a minute right off I-5. These guys are always professional and courteous ready to take your order, and they’ll have your sandwich freshly made in just a few minutes. I read the other reviews…mistakes happen, get over it. As far as the personal hate comments go, you must not have any relatives, parents, or any type of love in your life to be speaking about somebody’s daughter like that."

"On November 13, 2023 at 9:08pm I came to this location through the drive thru and was completely ignored by the fat white female with red hair. When she seen me pull up to the window she walked away. There was also a fat Mexican female who walked past as well and a skinny white dude in the back. If they were closed that’s all they had to say, but just being rude and ignored is completely unacceptable. I will no be returning to any Jimmy John’s location."

"The lobby is always closed, good thing I have a vehicle to go through the drive through. Food taste fresh most of the time. A few times the lettuce has been a bit a little limp/wilted even after consuming in the parking lot."

"I ordered through their website and put in my address for my location as well as the business name. 15 minutes later I get a phone call from the driver named Joseph asking where Im at, for some reason it took him to the business directly across the street. I tell him that I am standing out front across the street and can see him. He then tells me maybe next time you should put in the correct address very disrespectfully. I then watch him drive the opposite direction with my food that is already paid for and he tells me he is taking it back until I give him the right address. I then leave work and drive to the Jimmy Johns location on Hosmer. When I get there I ask for a manager and Joseph decides to come around the counter and get in my face yelling "touch me, touch me" as he yells why I was wrong for putting in the wrong address. The manager tells him to go to the back an he continues to scream and yell at me from the back of the store. The manager was helpful giving me a full refund for my order and apologizing. This behavior is unacceptable and someone like Joseph probably does not have a place in a customer service position. I have ordered from this location many times as it is close to my work but sadly this will be the last. The employee Jospeh drives a grey Honda Fit license plate CHE8778 Maybe he was having a bad day and it ended up being unloaded on me and I really do hope he has a better day but that is no way to address a customer."
