"Really awful location. I’d rather drive the two-ish miles up to the Westwood location. They consistently get my orders wrong. Ordered Quarter Pounder Deluxe - get plain Quarter Pounder. Order Happy Meals with extra fries - get apples. Yesterday took the cake though. I have small kids, so I ask for a big bag so I can carry the food and both small kids once we get through drive thru. I ask at the second window for a big bag (I know they have them because we’ve ordered DoorDash from here). They say, we can’t give you one. Fine, I can pay for one and hand them my card. Bags are what, $0.10?? Actually it’s $1. Ok …. Give my card. Takes a while - longer than the food took. I get the receipt and the employees made up the charge on the spot, they charged me for 3 cups of ice so it would total $0.99 with tax. Receipt attached. So you’re telling me employees make up rules, then make up prices, all while getting the order wrong, every time? Man, this is really awful. Just go somewhere else."

"I went in to order due to most places never getting my order right at any drive through. They refused to take my order. They said I had to use some new app ordering system or electronic boards to order. The whole reason I went in was so they did not get my order wrong again but they refused to simply take my order and they did not care. I had orders from my entire office and had to take my business else where. This is very unacceptable if you are not able to have any customer courtesy then you need to close this store."
"Every time I order 2 Deluxe Quarter Pounders "no salt ,no pickle, and no ketchup" they give me 2 regular Quarter Pounders! So I pay the extra dollar per burger for lettuce and tomatoes that I keep not getting. The person building the burgers doesn't even bother to read the grill slips! I'm done with this location!!!!!"
