"Sorry to write a negative review but I have been here twice recently, had poor service and food quality (soda had watered down flavor which they replaced with the same watered down drink upon my return of it), then I asked for a different flavor but they forgot - I gave up trying. I was there to meet with people not spend my time solving the problem. The 2nd time it was cold fries - rather than make an issue, I ate them cold - ugh! I don't like having to order from the Kiosk when people are standing around at the cash registers and can take my order much faster - but they force you to use the Kiosk...not great for older people who are not so savvy with those things. I am tech savvy and the Kiosk frustrates me because there are so many options and so hard to find the basics of what you need."

"Got breakfast here early one morning and got precisely what I expected. Good hot food in a hurry. Service was cheerful and quick and we were on the road again with an order that was correctly filled. The price is fair. Not the crazy low prices we used to expect but we have to remember that restaurants at bottom are experiencing the same pricing pressures as any business. And frankly I am happy to pay more if it means the people working there get better pay."

"You pull into a parking lot off off of Edmonds Way to be greeted by this McDonalds. The exterior is a long, brick building tucked away behind an apartment complex at the edge of some woods. Were the renovations not so new, you’d swear this little burger restaurant had always been there. The windows and doors are smeared with large colorful posters urging you to download an application on your phone or prepare to use a kiosk. Immediately after walking through the two clear glass doors, you meet the aforementioned kiosk. The staff is friendly, but you will not be speaking with them. They couldn’t be trusted with taking your order or counting your change—you will be interacting with the kiosk. It’s about six feet tall, two and a half feet wide. A large white rectangular display is the only thing between you and the McDonalds experience: there’s a recommended items section, a daily deals section, an entire drop down of customizations available to food items you didn’t even know you could customize. You push a few buttons, swipe your card, take a number and pull up a chair, just like the kiosk demands. A vast array of seating options welcome you to sit, enjoy some smooth jazz while a team member brings your meal to the table you placed a number on. There are no napkins to pick up, no ketchup to be dispensed, there is no play place for your daughter. Think less dining room, more waiting room. This McDonalds has the feel of a bank, it’s clean and warm but you never quite feel welcome. Thank you for your business, take your food and leave, the transaction is complete."

"If you’re craving McDonald’s, then you should know what to expect when coming here. Been here a few times and I haven’t had a necessarily bad experience. Just beware that their dining room policy/hours/whatever is weird, don’t count on it. Otherwise, my orders have been right and the food has been tasty."
