"Came here a couple weeks ago. Service was fast and friendly. Our tacos were filled up nicely."

"Waited for 30 minutes for old and cold, like ice-cold food. So not really sure what I was waiting for, since I was the only person at the restaurant. The guy at the cashiers station was high on some type of narcotics, couldn’t even keep his eyes open. Guess I’ll just make the drive to Bellevue for decent Taco Bell. I cannot in good faith return to this establishment. And you probably should too. At least the employees in Bellevue are sober."

"I walked in because there was a large line in the drive through. I kept track of the car I was behind and realized they had served 11 cars (who I ordered before) after I had ordered my food inside. After waiting 12 minutes I asked what the hold up is and they said it would be another 15-20 minutes. Mind you they have served 11 orders that were placed after mine. They do not care about customers here. I mean it's not as if Taco Bell cares about them so they put in minimal effort. I don't blame the workers, I blame Taco Bell for their horrible leadership. Honestly this place is priced a whole dollar more than another Taco Bell that's only 6 minutes away. It's a rip off."

"I would never eat at this location. The parking lot is littered with trash and rats. The garbage area is unkept, torn down and overflowing. It is disgusting!"

"Don’t go inside here. It’s like waiting to use a public restroom. Their new automated ordering system is inhuman, to the point of leaving me feeling shame. Here’s your “food”. Thanks for waiting half an hour in a gross, cold, life sucking room with 40 other dudes of all ages, who also are too sad to cook tonight. We all know what Taco Bell is, and what it tastes like, and I’ll be back. I won’t kid anybody. But damn. I will not be going back inside. It’s like feeding time at the zoo."
