Reviews of Parish NW
"I grew up in Louisiana so I was really excited about this place. The atmosphere and service were great, and after starting off with the bread and cajun butter we thought we were in for something really special. The entrees were okay, but underwhelming for the price. After dinner I got the beignets, they were burnt and crispy and tasted like they were fried in really old oil. Long story short, not worth the cost and quality control should be better."
"This is a Great place! We popped in randomly and had a delicious culinary journey starting with the delicious wedge salad and catfish bites, from. There we had crawfish etoufe, pork chop, and fried chicken along with potato salad and Mac N cheese sides. Everything was delicious! Our Favorites were Mac N cheese, catfish bites and fried chicken."
"Overall very good place for “elevated” southern food in Seattle. The only thing I didn’t care too much for was the bread and cajun butter. Bread was good but the butter was a bit too salty for me. Fried chicken was spot on. Hot honey wasn’t even really necessary. Crispy and cooked to perfection. Mac and cheese was creamy and had an incredible smoky flavor. Collared greens weren’t too mushy and the pork flavor really came through. Po boy was so massive it was hard to eat as a sandwich - some may say sacrilegious but even eaten with a knife and fork it was delicious, especially the accompanying remoulade. Also of note the pickles seemed to be house made were satisfyingly crunchy. Drinks were strong. Would return!"
"Love trying new places! Food was great. Looking forward to coming back to try different dishes. We did get a side of fried catfish. Flavor was good except the breading was too thick and hard."
