"Everything was great - the only concern I have is in regards to the app- I choose a coupon on the app then I wanted to change to something different, so the app said I could not use another coupon for 15 minutes- this was very frustrating. But it was not the fault of the restaurant."

"This McDonalds never gets our order right. I went in tonight to ask them to remake a burger, the cashier stared at me, didn't even ask what I needed. I told her and she walked away, literally said no words back. Another lady comes and takes the burger, I advise what's wrong with it and 4 minutes later they hand me a bag. I walk out, it's the same burger I brought in. I walk back in and they're giggling and laughing like it was so funny they gave me the wrong burger. They just like wasting your time at this location."

"Worse experience ever, messed up on how I ordered my food, what I ordered, and the food was cold. I ordered 2 sandwiches, only rang up 1 so I can use my app coupon, 1 sandwich was suppose to sausage mcmuffin with a folded, and a regular egg mcmuffin with Canadian bacon, and got folded egg with Canadian bacon, the one that was missing/ not rang up they gave us the same. So no one was listening at all. I will never go to that store again no matter how hungry I am."

"Fries were not extra salty like I requested on my mobile app. So kinda bummed out with that. But overall I go to this McDonald's a lot. The staff has improved on their customer service way more."

"McDonald's is hit and miss depending on what one you go to and the menu items ordered. I find lunch times to be better especially the wait at the drive thru. The dinner time rush is best to order ahead on their APP. If possible, choose pick up inside to avoid the hassle in the drive thru line."
