"Super savory Chicken n Waffles, buttery sink-your-teeth-into Lox Benny, and flavorful Taters n perfectly sweated Onions. Jackie was a very friendly and attentive waitress, plus efficient table clearing staff. Plus interesting sweet flavored coffees. And to top it off, soothing music with a little pep for midday meal ambiance."
"Visited Seattle for the first time and the Alfa Romeo dealer recommended this Skillet for their eggs Benedict. The margarita was pretty good. Egg Benedict was amazing. Service was great thank you Mr Chicago."
"My experience at Skillet Diner left much to be desired. Despite a hefty bill of nearly $80 for a meal for two, the portion sizes, particularly the scant 6 ounces of protein spread across three plates, were disappointingly inadequate. The pricing seems excessively high for the value received. While the atmosphere and service may have their merits, the overall dining experience was marred by the imbalance between cost and portion size. It's crucial for establishments to strike a fair balance, and unfortunately, Skillet Diner fell short in this regard during my visit. If you're considering dining here, I recommend doing so with caution, especially if value for money is a priority. It might be worthwhile for the restaurant to reassess their pricing strategy to ensure a more satisfactory experience for their patrons."
"Seriously? I cannot say enough amazing things. We went on a Sunday afternoon and waited about half an hour for a seat. Our server was absolutely 10/10, and sitting at the diner style bar seating we were in front of the kitchen. The kitchen was a well run machine, the expeditor was pro and our server was the best I've had in longer than I can remember. Food was delicious, served quickly, and priced appropriately for the neighborhood. If Seattle was less of a commute, we'd definitely be regulars. We'll done, I can't wait to come back!"
"A friend living in Seattle recommended this place and during my week stay I came here 3 mornings! The place is pretty nice and welcoming, the staff is extremely kind and accommodating. I simply felt at home, like a place where I’m used to go for years. The first time I had the avocado burrito with eggs and the crispy potatoes as a side, simply amazing and satisfying, coffee (always refilled) is pretty good as well. I returned with my girlfriend and after the meal we had the “Breakfast Shot” that I strongly recommend to everybody because it’s simply amazing! The Skillet is for sure one of my most positive memories of my first trip to Seattle. Just go there end enjoy!!"
