"Thuy is seriously doing everything right. With the insane increase in the cost of labor private restaurateurs have it rough these days. Thuy’s is a small, family owned restaurant. Thuy is a delight and the food is authentic as anything else I’ve tasted in the PNW. I had a large beef and tendon pho and my partner had the yellow chicken curry special. Both dishes were absolutely delicious and tasted like someone in back has been cooking for their family and friends for decades. If you’re looking for some delicious food at a good price (especially for Bainbridge!) Thuy’s is THE spot."

"Please do yourself the favor and try the papaya salad. You don't need to like papaya to enjoy this salad. It's fresh, crunchy, filling and the best papaya salad I've ever had. We come to Bainbridge just for this salad, and everyone we've introduced to it falls in love with it. Make sure to add prawns, absolutely delicious!!"
