"Placed a "special order" in this store, to be shipped to my address. With no word, no email, no item received 16 days later, I went back only to be told they had no way of tracking it, and I had to reach out to customer service. Customer service said they were still fulfilling my order and had no ETA. I told them to cancel, and they figured the best way to refund me was to send a paper check to the shipping address rather than refund to the original credit card used. Completely unacceptable primitive service for this day and age."

"Very slow service - 2 to 3 cashier verses a huge line up. They also allow dogs that licks the close because the owners are not good owners. Dogs should not be allowed in stores. Not all of us likes dogs around us, does not mean we do not like dogs. Dogs or any animal you like to be part of your family is just like having a religion it is a choice and not something that should be enforced on people. Also dogs need to be obedient and the owners need to make sure of that; just like kids you do not want a kid that is not yours jumping all over you so why would I want a do jumping or liking me."

"this is a cool store at has pure Calvin Klein girls and guys but it is a outlet stores with some of the sizes are missing such a small and medium it's usually extra small or extra large that are available so those are good sizes for you if you're looking for the size of such a small there is a live DJ playing live music which is kind of cool from his laptop it makes the shopping experience fun and it does have a lot of affordable clothes 5/5"

"Horrible shopping experience at this location. The employee was so rude and belittling towards us. I picked out some items to try on and headed to the fitting room. I stood there while the lady who was working in the fitting room ignored me completely. I decided to walk away and grab my sisters to accompany me in the fitting room as they wanted to try things on as well. Once she saw that i was back, and with my sisters she looked at us with a look of disgust and seemed bothered to have to open rooms for us. While I was in the changing room, I could overhear the girl working the fitting room and another coworker talking poorly about us and saying how they didn't want to help us 'asians' & how they were trying to get rid of us. It's clear to see that this is not the first race-related incident at this store from reading the other reviews on this location."
