"The service technician arrived early in the time window, which was great. He asked very direct diagnostic questions and gave me good information on what probably happened with my fridge and how to avoid problems in the future. He thoroughly explained the maintenance that was done and what he replaced, and he gave tips on upkeep."

"Do not recommend them. They couldn't fix a refrigerator under warranty. It broke in 2 days after they attended to it. I called them back they were not willing to visit that week to fix the issue. Also not so customer savvy front desk - when I called them to report the issue they were trying to blame it on manufacturer parts. If you're willing to wait 7 weeks for first repair attempt plus $150 for each visit - good luck!"

"The sign of a trustworthy repair person is when they explain to you all of your options including the option where you don't pay for their service at all. We did end up paying for a repair to our washer. It was quick and reasonable and every step was clearly explained. We also got a lot of advice about how to get the most lifespan out of our aging appliance. A month of two later, we needed a repair on our dryer. Service person was on time, explained everything, offered options, and completed the repair quickly. Highly recommend."

"I had a very positive experience. Slavic came on time, quickly assess what was wrong with my dishwasher, and presented me a couple of options for proceeding. Once I had decided to repair the existing machine, he repaired it. When the repair was not quite up to his standards he said he would be back the next day to repair the faulty part. He came back as promised, and now the machine is working at peak performance. Highly recommend this company, and this repair technician."

"Do not recommend. Use someone else. We had a GE range with a failed burner, but 3 of the 4 were still functional. We had someone from Appliance Hospital come and look, and he seemed to know his stuff. He ordered a part and said he'd be back to replace it. We didn't get any update after that and I had to request details 2 weeks later, and learned it would be a couple more weeks as the part was backordered. No big deal, but a heads up of how long I'd be waiting would have been nice. When they came to replace, the technician worked for an hour and then realized he had the wrong part number, and now my whole stove top is non-functional. He decides it's not worth it for him to put the broken (but still 75% functional) part back in and departs promptly, leaving me with no stove for an undetermined amount of time. Cool."
