"Went here on Sunday November 26 and was the one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Asked for help to reach a product because it was high up on the shelf and the associates looked super displeased and annoyed that I even asked. Secondly the cashier that was helping me was so slow in cashing me out and when I asked to remove items because it was too expensive she got annoyed as well. Thirdly after the cashier finally finished processing me she just handed me my items and when I told her that i asked for a bag she got annoyed again and threw my items into the bag and handed it to me. I decided to look at my receipt because the items I got still added up to a high amount and when I check she didn’t even apply the discount for one of the items. I left annoyed because of the experience and also paying more because if I felt like I went back to get it fixed I would have been given even more attitude. If you do not like working at your job then quit no one is forcing you to work here be better in customer service. The cashier helping me was a blonde white girl and two brown floor associates with black hair this was around 5:45-6pm."
"I don’t appreciate the dungeon lighting in this store for sure. The staff blablahs about the personal things instead of taking care of the floor - there are literally piles of jeans inside the changing room, about 20 hangers, they are lines to these changing rooms because ppl don’t know that there are 2 rooms on each side, doesn’t hurt to let ppl know that. Also piles of clothing that need to be sifted but talking about “the girl they know” is more important.. But what kills me is the freaking light.. impossible to see if that’s the color you want.."
"There is literally dust and lint everywhere you look, every single worker has an attitude and acts like they can't be bothered my 17 year old daughter asked if she could get into a fitting room the lady she asked rolled her eyes and said they are all full you can wait on this side or the other it don't matter. Everywhere you look it's dirty and dusty so sick I had to walk out"
"The personnel has barely any customer service skills, not very welcoming and seem bothered when get asked questions. The last size available in the shirt we wanted to purchase was on the mannequin and when we requested to see if we could at least try it on we were told this wasn’t possible with zero desire to find a resolution"
"Attractive “additional 30%” storewide on lowest price, and many items are already marked as 30% off. Only that at check out everyone is told it’s really just thirty off ONCE. The “additional” 30% is “a reminder of the 30%” discount — according to the manager in store who can’t care less. Good job A&F of getting where you are now. This is not how “marketing” should work—if you walk around the outlet you know what “take additional off” means. And of course you know because that’s completely intentionally misleading! Walking away from this brand personally."
