"The music is too loud and annoying. Couldn't hear anything. This is terrible, and music selection is disgusting."

"Monday the 24th june. Came in with my family and try to look arround and ask the manager to show a watch to us. he was not welcoming at all. He than left the watch case. We continued to look arround for clothes when it was time to try the cloths on it was 6pm and the store was closing at 9pm. I than asked one more time for help to let us to the fitting room and than he one more time not welcoming at all and showed attitude and told me that he closed the fitting room and i asked why. He than told me with a very rude attitude that because he closed it and he has the authority to close it. I went to the front dest to complain about him and the girl told me he is the manager . So i was left with a jaw drop to see a store manager at this level of low quality service and we all left the store and will never come back to do shopping at guess again."

"Beautiful store and trendy clothes. My friend asked for a second piece of tissue when she went back to surprise me by buying the bag I wanted but didn't purchase. She wanted it in the bag because she knew it was going to be an amazing surprise for me. The clerk told her tissue paper was too expensive to give her 2 but she very reluctantly did add another."

"Very unaccomodative and will keep harping on policies and how they need to enforce it - was trying to return completely unused fabric within 4 to 5 days of purchase but had unattached the tags. First time ever I encountered this kind of behavior from any retailer!"
