Reviews of Ann Taylor Factory Store
"Beautiful quality merchandise and very attentive staff. Been here numerous times and leave happy every time."
"One of my favorite places to shop whenever I pass by! As a petite person, it is often super difficult for me to find nice work clothes, but this place has a wonderful petite section! The customer service here has always amazing, and I felt very cared for in my search for petite work pants. Lovenia, one of the employees there, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. She checked in on how everything was fitting and helped me find the perfect work pants -- brining different sizes and styles as needed. As far as price goes, it is an expensive store, but the clothes are quality, making purchases very justifiable. The investment is worth it! Thank you to everyone who works at this establishment; I highly recommend this outlet store."
"AWFUL: Had to complain when I noticed men in the women's fitting room. The employee said that she had already warned them that they needed to remain either in the room with their companion or outside. Apparently, they chose not to listen and were lurking inside the room area. Will not be back."
"I came in today note sure what I wanted to wear for an upcoming function. The store manager shared lots of great ideas! She was so kind and helpful. I can not even thank her enough!! I will definitely be back buying more clothes! Well worth the 2.5 hrs from my home!"
"Absolutely terrible customer service. I'm a 30 something year old male who was in this business with my wife to buy work clothing. My wife found several good suit sets for work and the prices were reasonable enough to try them on. She was in the changing room trying things on and was occasionally ducking out of her room to ask my opinion on the fit and style. In order to do so, since there isn't a square foot of space outside of the dressing room, I was standing at the entry way to the dressing room, in a hallway area. We continued along with this for 30 minutes or so at which time a women, obviously uncomfortable with a male being near the dressing room, asked a staff member if men were allowed in the dressing room area. I am not mad at a customer questioning me being near the dressing room. While I personally don't understand how me being near the doorway impacts their private dressing room room, but I'm willing to hangout elsewhere. I'm not trying to make people uncomfortable. BUT, the store staff, rather than politely asking me to leave, turned towards me after her "are men allowed in here" and said, "no, they're not. You need to leave." And escorted me to the front of the store. This was ridiculously handled, and she did not care or apologize as I explained why I had been in the location. We spent $900 dollars on work clothes that day at Ann Taylor, and I bit my tongue since we spent the time to try them on, and my wife was happy with the outfits. But I regret giving this company any money. Their staff was ridiculously cold and impolite, and did not care to earn our business. They judged us based on our age (as older men had been in the changing room prior). We will never be back."
