"My order numbers were #LG20109259 and #LG20109488. If only they had responded to me in the beginning as quickly as they made an excuse here responding to my review. Very poor and unprofessional customer service. I ordered a pair of jeans from this boutique online. Shipping was fast. Upon receipt I realized I needed a different size and reached out to the boutique via email to find out if I just had to return and reorder or if I could exchange them. I got a short response stating they did take returns but the response did not answer the questions I had asked. So I ended up doing the only thing I could since no one would answer my question and returned and reordered the jeans. Weeks later I reached out via email again because I had not received my refund yet. The responses were unprofessional and the business just made excuses instead of just addressing the issue. I was finally issued my refund but with zero follow up and notice that it was done. I just saw the refund post to my account. I won't be ordering from them again and I hope that Judy Blue will consider not allowing their brand to be tarnished in this way. If it weren't for the fact this was the only place I could find the particular pair of JB jeans I was looking for, I would not have re-ordered from them the second time and that was before the other interactions even happened."
"If you are a woman of color, this place is not for you. I went to the brewery up the street a few days ago and saw on the maps that there was a boutique nearby, and I love shopping for myself and my niece. I browsed around for a bit and was texting photos to my niece. I was wandering around more as I was waiting for her response and felt EYES just following me around. This isn’t my first rodeo. All the girls working were blonde, the owner with glasses was blonde. Everyone blonde. I walked upstairs to see their active wear and next thing u know it, I hear whispering, and one of the girls is trailing behind me. I grab ONE piece of clothing and go to the fitting room to try on. I see the girl basically running to the fitting room to go double check it. Through out my shop, I hear the owner call the girls behind their back storage wall. More whispering. U can tell it’s about me. Now this isn’t even the worst part. I end up not buying clothes and buy myself a small cutting board. (It’s like an overpriced tjmaxx with no name brands) I go to the register and more snickering and whispering, but they straighten up the second I come in their view. I realize my wallet is in the car, I say I’ll be right back. I wasn’t even gone for 1 minute, and I see someone with their phone pressed against the door taking photos of me or my car license plate. I’m back inside and once again they’re scurrying. I ask if they were taking photos of me and one of the girls stutters with “oh nonono I was trying to see something I saw outside. These girls are teens. I am not gonna be yelling at them because they are still teachable individuals. So I Politely tell them “I have been uncomfortable since the second I walked in here, and I don’t blame you girls, but I do blame the older woman here. I will not be buying this item after what just happened.” And they quietly said “we understand thank you” I’m walking out the door and hear the older woman loudly saying “HA..screw her” I wouldn’t recommend this place, to ANYONE solely based on their lack of morals, and character. As for their inventory. You’re better off going to tjmaxx and home goods. Clothing quality is extremely cheap. Some clothes still have that factory smell. Extremely overpriced, for clothes that have unknown wholesale branding. Shoes are cheap feeling. Maybe good for one time wear or photos… again, but overpriced. Glad I didn’t give this business my money, as the cutting board was something I grabbed on a whim so I wouldn’t leave empty handed."
"Placed an order online and didn’t receive the item. Customer service ignored my emails for days until I filed a claim with PayPal- then they were magically available to respond, and when they did, the customer service rep (Cheri Wheatley) was incredibly rude, condescending and unhelpful."
"Lilac & Grace has the most impressive inventory around plus great customer service! This is the boutique to visit for new jeans (they have KanCan - lots of them!) plus they carry active wear and even have seasonal items and home goods all for a reasonable price! It truly is the one stop shop! The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful, you can tell she really cares about her business and customers. I highly recommend stopping in if you haven't already! :)"
"When I first arrived I was greeted after a few minutes by, who I assume, is the owner and her dog. They were both very friendly. The store is huge, overwhelmingly so. I love their variety of jeans and the way they were displayed. More expensive than other boutiques in the area (Arlington to Stanwood). I had about 20 items in my basket to try on. The fitting rooms downstairs were very small with a 4 item limit. The room I was in had 2 hooks and a small stool. I put my bag and jacket on one hook. I put my removed clothing on the stool and the 4 clothes I was trying on on the last hook in the room. I did not know where to put the clothes I did not want to keep since there was not a go back rack and I could only keep 4 items in the fitting room. I ended up hanging them on the rack of the fitting room next to me since I was the only one in the store. When I was finished trying clothes on the woman came over to me and was upset that I put the clothes on the rack. She was polite but told me in the future not to put the clothes up there because the rack can't handle the weight and could fall down and hurt someone. I apologized and told her I just wasn't sure where to put the clothes I didn't want and she said there are two hooks in the fitting rooms. She then said the clothes have to go back and seemed annoyed that I tried on so many clothes. I offered to put them away myself and she declined. I was going to do a little more shopping but was off-put with the interaction and decided to check out. The woman saw me at the counter and walked by me to put clothing away upstairs rather than check me out right away. To be clear she was not overtly rude but I could sense she was annoyed with me and I genuinely didn't know what she expected me to do in the situation. Based on the strange location, pricing and staff interaction I don't think I'll be returning."
