"They messed up my order terribly. Wrong dessert, wrong meal, less chicken strips than what I paid for, and they refused to give me a bag to hold the food in even though I was going through a drive through. I paid over $30 for my meal. I understand it’s fast food but at these prices my food shouldn’t be this screwed up! Yeah I should have checked before leaving but I have places to be just like the next person. It’s really sad that I can’t even enjoy the simple pleasures in life anymore without disappointment."

"My Family and I were getting lunch and ordered online to pick up our meals through the drive-thru and were unhappy to see all of our burgers were messed up. When we tried getting the attention of the lady who served us she had her back turned away from the window and all of her colleagues could see. They laughed at us until she finally turned around and said she would remake one burger out of 2. When the remake came out it was still messed up. Used to be a nice place but it's just gone downhill. Would not recommend."

"Glad the food was made fresh, no issue there, but it would be nice if you'd put the meals that belong together in its own bag... I shouldn't have to ask what is in what bag in the drive through. I do appreciate them correcting the issue when I let them know I had fries missing though, very friendly!"
