A wonderful store employee, Erica, gave me great recommendations and suggested I try things I wouldn’t normally try. She was right- I loved her recommendations! I’m a flight attendant and hope for this layover again soon so I can come shop more. I’ll be telling my colleagues about this place too!"

"The disinterested attendant offered no info or help. I will suggest to anyone shopping there that they not enter the store wearing 'casual' clothes. The customer entering after me was 'dressed up' and waited on substantially better. Will contrast this with a visit to Murano in Italy. When visiting glass galleries (also casually dressed...), I engaged with an owner, who showed me some marvelous work, saying "I never know, when potential customers come in, which of them has money to buy and which of them does not"."
