"So I call to set up delivery but the manager leaves for the day unexpectedly. .worse I call myself a couple hours after being told SHE would talk to me.. I get someone different when calling again and asked to submit I'd I do and set delivery for Saturday I am called this morning and asked to provide paystub info. And lease agreement . I explained that I own and my fiance has the deed in his name etc I don't pay for anything on it but due to this I have to have him as joint. I did my research on the item I wanted Was willing to pay the 500 extra to get this chair when I could get it somewhere else for 849.00 She wanted to get a manager to see how to handle it I don't want my partner on as joint. That was fishy to me seeing as I already set delivery. I cancel the order She hung up on me no confirmation nothing Worst experience ever outside of being badgered so many times a day bc I'm looking at products and was approved. .. and I was at work"
