"Ran in to return an online purchase (too big). Salesperson let me know about the clearance sale and if I'd like to browse before the return. Briefly looked but quality and styles didn't tempt me. Easy return, salesperson was nice and friendly."

"I'll save the photos for personal reasons, however Heaven was absolutely wonderful. I felt so comfortable, and almost like we have known each other for years. She helped me beyond just trying on brasserie, it was like a friend with a warm welcome knowing you don't always feel good about yourself. I may have unlocked a new level of confidence I didn't know I had. Torrid has been a store I feel that are reliable, trustworthy, and professional. It is nice to feel like you're being listened to. "I had the most amazing experience at Torrid. One of the employees was so sweet and extremely helpful with my purchases. She went out of her way to make sure I had the right fit. I usually don’t right reviews but this associate went above and beyond and I’m extremely impressed. I can’t remember her name but she has really fun hair color blue/green! "Worst experience I’ve had from the second I walked in the worker with purple/blue hair did not even acknowledge me, yet instantly greeted the group that came in right after me with open arms basically and continued to chit chat and let them know she is there if they were to need anything. I let her other co worker know and all she said was oh ok thanks for letting me know . Then I passed by said employeee with purple blue hair . Didn’t even look up to say anything. I went to where she was folding tees so I can pick out one and she proceeded to dash off like I have the plague or something. All I’m saying is that if you don’t want to interact with certain populations then do the public a service and stay home and get a work from home job. She clearly picked and chose who she would interact with and that’s just not professional behavior."
