"I bought a pair of pants and was double charged. I basically had to force them to credit me for one of the charges. I even showed both the women working my credit card statement to prove the double charge! They wanted me to call my cc and make one of the charges fraudulent because of their mistake!! Putting on me to fix their mistake and lie to my credit card company. They also blamed me for not giving my phone number and email on why it was so hard to figure out. So I have to provide my personal information just to get basic fair service? I’ve worked in retail for 7 years and this is some of the worst costumer service I have seen. Safe to say I will not be going back."

They provided so many options without overwhelming me, and they were receptive to my feedback. What a wonderful shopping experience! The store has a great variety of clothing/accessories and some of the best service I've had in a long time!"

"Seems hard to compete with a Nordstrom right next door. I did walk away with a few cute pieces, but it's hard to say whether I'll be back. Place is really great for casual clothing. I feel like the clothing choices were too early 20s for my taste. Also, not into the statement T-shirts. There were sooo many of those."

Nordstrom like pricing, but high quality clothing. Only down side, sizing/brands trend towards slimmer figures than mine, so left with only tops."
