"One of the employee's kids was in this shop playing Fortnite and screaming at the top of their lungs. "RES ME BRO RES ME BRO!!!!!!! UUUGHHGGggg!" Is not what I want to hear while trying to catch up with friends. Extremely unprofessional and terrible atmosphere. Multiple people went up to the kid and the employees complaining, but nothing was done to stop the kid. So everyone just sat and listened to them get utterly destroyed in Fortnite."
"If your looking for great tasting coffee and a quiet, easygoing, laid-back atmosphere, this is your coffee shop. It has tables for intimate couples and larger tables to accommodate small groups. The baristas who have served me have been very nice. I live in the CD and love to meet friends who live in West Seattle at Uptown Espresso. My go-to beverage is a Chocolate Americano. It was delicious! I asked the baristas what type of chocolate they use and it's a dark chocolate from France. Can't recall the name, but it add richness and depth to the taste of their already delicious coffee. ☕"
"Best scones you'll ever find! There are plenty of other choices. California Avenue in West Seattle is full of cafés for a treat after your morning walk."
"The service was friendly and fun, the chicken and swine pressed sandwich was delicious and a perfect portion for a light meal, and my cinnamon latte was exactly what I needed. I was also very comfortable in the open and airy dining area--the tables aren't cramped close together, which makes it a great place for a conversation or for getting some work done. They also have a selection of board games and puzzles. I highly recommend stopping by!"
"The two behind the counter was awesome. They didnt cringe when I started babbling away. They were attentive and seem genuinely engaged. I came in because of their HUGE sign saying "home of the velvet foam" and when I came in I asked about "their velvet foam" you can have it on every drink they said. So I normally drink a vanilla latte. And to spike things up we added organge to it. There was an actual shreded orange peel in it. It was soooo yummy. As food they have sandwiches which I bet is perfect in taste! But I ordered a orange coconut ball and its soooooo soft and yummy!!!! The best besides the foam is their whip cream is freshly made by scratch. No sweet can flavor. Its real is not the sweet kind. Its natural. I loved it!!!!!! Do I recommend this place? Heck yes!!!! Its a place to visit when your in west seattle."
