"The Lake Stevens Papa John's is usually quite busy, but they seem to work hard to get orders made as quickly as possible. The typical frustration is that food is not actually ready when the mobile app indicates. This causes a build-up of customers who are all confused as to why their orders are not actually ready to be picked up. Orders are most often correct, high quality, and delicious. The restaurant is simply cramped and often feels a bit chaotic."
"Review meant to be informational; Local lake stevens location, issues coupons, called on 12.01.23, coupons valid through 12.16.23, refuses to honor issued coupon. It's the principle, false advertising. Rather work with honesty. "It's only $2 more.... you should leave a review" is what the manager told me..... it's the principle, false advertising, borderline feels like thievery / bait and switch."
"The Lake Stevens location appears to have stolen my tip. Made a huge pizza order for delivery to my sons birthday party. Somewhere along the way, Papa Johns switched it to Door Dash delivery. My dasher texted that she was on the way and that tips are greatly appreciated. I asked where my $20 tip originally sent to the Papa Johns delivery driver went. She didn't know and showed me on her app that there was no tip there so I had to tip her $15 in cash (it was all I had on me) so she didn't get screwed over. Real shady Papa Johns."
"Quite possibly the best Papa John's franchise north of Seattle. Friendly, intelligent and fast employees that seem to have no problem going above and beyond for the customer. Clean store, the total opposite, and orders of magnitude better than the Papa John's in north Marysville. I've been to this establishment multiple times and always have had a good experience."
"Our third favorite pizza place in Snohomish county. First favorite for ‘fast food pizza.’ Great deals on the app. We prefer extra sauce and over baked. Peppers are a nice touch."
