"As a previous employee, their quality standards and health safety standards are in the dirt. The ice machine constantly had mold and they would not clean or replace it for example. Rats in the Chinatown location. Absolutely awful company culture as well, take advantage of the youngest and least experienced employees because they don't know their rights. I have been going here since I was little as was so excited to work there, but the awful cleanliness standards and no recipe guide makes what they produce just awful. Go somewhere else."

"The boba was good. I am annoyed that they charge a service charge to use your credit card, yet don't allow you to pay cash."

"I'm sure it's not a typical experience, but going twice to a boba joint that's out of boba is a little discouraging. The drinks we did end up getting were just okay, had to chomp through some leathery coffee jelly squares, but the liquid itself wasn't bad. Unfortunately, staff wasn't particularly helpful in guiding us toward options that would be good replacements to the menu items that we had intended on getting, but weren't available at the time. In fact our cashier didn't seem willing to describe any of the things we asked about, more just impatient with us. It was admittedly toward the end of the day, so late shift mentality may have been taking over. I'm always willing to give a second chance, but that didn't go much different."

"Lovely place to hang out with friends and family. Clean cozy decor with roomy seats and lots of tabletop games Our favorites are the Purée (milk + real fruit) and smoothies(real fruit sweetened with condensed milk) and add boba toppings Only pet peeve is that the starved are more compostable"

"Lots of options. Too many for me, but that's because I'm not familiar with this product. First time to a Tea Zone. Will go again to try another. Had the Pinapple with cream and ice and it was very refreshing. Recommend. Oh, and they had lots of games too."
