All the ingredients, from fish to veggies to rice, are all super fresh! The rice is perfectly flavored, veggies taste like they were just harvested yesterday, and the fish just melt in your mouth. I know people typically don't have high expectations about grocery store sushi, but this place is better than any of the take out sushi I had in New York. I literally came back the next day to pick up more sushi for lunch.
