"Staff here is nice. But make sure you ask how long it will take for a fitting room. They were like “oh you are the 2nd in the line” and I waited for like 20 mins… definitely a huge waist of time."

"I went to get my skirt hemmed and the whole experience felt a little unorganized. The lady who helped me seemed like it was her first time doing this and she wasn’t near the fitting room when I came out in my skirt to get it hemmed, so another staff member had to get her for me. Staff were nice but they could be more attentive."

"This was my first time shopping at reformation and thanks to Taylor, it was such a positive experience! They helped me out when I was having a bit of trouble with the screens in store and explained the whole dressing room system(which I actually loved). Once I got in the dressing room, they were really helpful picking a dress, suggesting/measuring (free)alternations and getting me a garment bag for travel and any discounts I could get. I was hesitant walking in first but I am so glad I did because not only were the dresses exactly what I hoped they were from the online listings; but the in person help really went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back!"

"I am enamored by the Reformation shopping experience and the dresses and tops made by this brand. When I first entered the store, I was greeted by friendly faces. Taylor Kuligoski helped me by explaining the process - choose the pieces I would like to try on, let her know the size, and she'll have the associates prepare the fitting room for me with the pieces to try on. What I love about this reimagined process was there were no clutter at the racks, no need to rifle through a ton of pieces to find the size you need, and that I can focus on just choosing what I'd like to try on. And the store has all the pieces I wanted to try on in my size (size 10)! That's refreshing! On top of that Reformation dresses and tops are so well designed that almost every single item fits me like a glove. And that goes the same for the other ladies who came in to purchase. I am so impressed with this brand! High quality design, products, and service! Highly recommend!"
