"We came here to celebrate Valentines and listen to jazz in their jazz room downstairs. The food had some hits and misses, but the cocktails were consistent. We started with two salads, the Beet and steakhouse salad. The steakhouse salad was great. Unfortunately, my Beet Salad was missing a few items, and the beets were cooked inconsistently, some raw crunchy, and some soft, it seemed like a kitchen mishap. I ordered the lobster fettuccine, and the pasta and sauce were divine. The husband ordered the filet migon and got the Oscar filet, which the waiter apologized for submitting incorrectly but we were still charged for the higher priced incorrect entree. The cannolis weren't on the pre-fixi menu, but the waiter did us a solid and was able to put in an order for us and comped it due to the mixup. Regardless of the few hiccups, we'd like to give this place another try on a non-holiday as the cream sauce pasta on point as were the cannolis. Parking was free with a dedicated lot out front."

"Our anniversary dinner at Verrazano's was exceptional. The ambiance was romantic and welcoming, setting the stage for a memorable evening. The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel special. The cuisine was the star of the night – each dish was a delightful blend of flavors and presented beautifully. "Have gone here twice for special occasion's. Once for a wedding anniversary and returned recently for my wife's birthday-her request was Verrazano's for dinner. My pictures include our visit during the summer and now fall. Both times we had excellent food, service, and cocktails. My personal recommendation is the Fettuccine Neptune alone with the house old fashion, I tried the Brooklyn for my second visit-it's still a good drink. My wife tried the house Mai Tai for both visits."

"You can always tell a good Italian restaurant by the red sauce or depending on where you’re from, the gravy. Verrazanos easily passed that test. Good food, good drinks and great atmosphere make this the perfect place for date night. Don’t get me wrong this place is great for the whole family. Like any good Italian it has the chef and his staff out in plain site preparing all your favorites. If you are searching for great food then give this place a try. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed."

"Hope this place shuts down. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! My waitress was useless. I asked for a splash of liqueur in my cappuccino... she delivered a shot and then charged me almost $30 for the fancy coffee. Are you kidding me? The food was not only NOT AUTHENTIC, but also terrible for any genre. Ick! They couldn't even manage to get my meat temperature correct. The manager on duty stalked quietly from around the way as he watched me cringe on first bite, only to stop by later to ask how the food was. Gee, I wonder if my gag really left you pondering. When I stated that the meat was well and I asked for rare- DEER IN HEADLIGHTS. Good grief. Shut. This. Place. Down. The food looked pretty.. but YUCK!! And no Moscato on the menu? What kind of Italian restaurant is this?? Terrible food I can get past. When you add the service I got- UNFORGIVABLE. And waitress: Please get out of customer service. It's just not your thing."
