"Online order was made but I received no feedback until I called the local store and a few days after my online order was canceled and I have yet to here a reason or get a solution for my needs, Instead I am getting bombarded with ads from Rent-A-Center."

"I went into the rent a center Redondo,wa location tonight. Representative there greeted my husband and I then went on to talk on phone. There was a sectional set that we were interested in. I asked if the 50% was in regards to the price or monthly payment. She said "oh, that just sold. Someone just bought it. I bought it" Then she proceeded to state that it had sat there for awhile. That it was expensive. That they have a website of things the store no longer have in the stores are on line. I thought, well I wasn't asking if it was expensive, guess I can just take my business elsewhere."

"I would not recommend this location. I called to use a refund credit from out of state. And the manager was far from helpful.. his accusatory tone that I was argumentative because I was trying to understand rentacenters process. He stated he did not want to do business with me. I explained I was nice and simply trying to understand how they worked. I agreed we should not do business because he had a bias view of me. I would rate it a zero if I could. He was rude and should not work customer service if he doesn't care to service a potential customer."
