"I love Costco but we just went to the Kirkland one and got new phones from AT&T. Great deal for IPhone 14 pro but once we left I received an email saying our phones won’t be delivered till April? Now I’m told if I want to cancel and reprocess o have to go back to the store? Not thrilled with this service seemed like it was too good to be true and it might be. Do better with communication."
"Nice location. Good selection of items. We got all we needed."
"On weekends, it's becoming increasingly crowded, and even weekdays, especially in the evenings, tend to be quite busy. This Costco branch is relatively smaller in comparison to others, but it still manages to stock most of the essential items. Personally, it remains my preferred choice."
"It's Costco. You go in and spend $500. You don't intend to spend that much money, you only intend to pick up one small thing that you were asked to grab on the way home. But of course you see some cool speakers that you need and then there's the 20 pack of toothpaste that's on sale, I mean, come on, who doesn't need a 20 pack of toothpaste? Additionally, you might as well buy some meat to throw in the freezer because you've got friends coming over in the next 5 years for dinner. Then come the hard choices. Do you do the self-checkout or do you go to the line and stack all your stuff up on the conveyor belt? I mean seriously, these are life choices that are really hard. Lastly, as your rolling out the door, which person do you go to for the receipt check? And at this point you realize that the highlight of your day is about to end. The good news? You get to repeat this process as often as you like. If you need toothpaste let me know."
"This Costco has almost everything, including the gas station, food court, and every department. Most items are in stock and they have promotions and sales very often. It gets very busy in store and gas station in the evenings, especially Friday night and Saturday. Half of the staff is knowledgeable and nice, half are not so much. We ran into issues multiple times, for example: the pharmacy provided incorrect info over the phone and I wasted a trip; when we opened our membership, the associate made a few mistakes that we had to correct later; another associate ranted negatively about kirkland signature brand product we were looking for in his store! Overall, customer service is OK."
