"They don't care about drivers. Once the light is green, you have to keep your eyes on the receiving window. Sometimes, they took 20 to 25 minutes just to give you the papers. My suggestion to Best Buy is that once you are done with the paperwork, you guys should let drivers know that the paper is ready and you good to go. Like other warehouses in Washington, they always call drivers. So I think Best Buy should do the same thing to help drivers."

"This place is amazing. My boyfriend and I came to pick up a 65 in TV. Waaayy to big for the sedan we brought to get it in. For what felt like at least 30 minutes a team of 4 people helped us wrangle the TV into our car. We had to try 20 different ways, taking the TV out of the box and eventually leaving the window open but we could not have done it without them. I cannot imagine a better customer service experience. Don't do what we did but if you do know that you are in the best of hands."
