"I JUST left and had to leave a review. I went in here to buy a couple bras. The entire vibe gave me a full on ick. The two associates basically did a “you help her, no you help her” in front of me. I asked if I could please be sized because I wasn’t sure about my bra size and both the associates looked at me like I was disgusting and asking for something totally outlandish. I asked if that wasn’t a thing anymore and the associate said “not really, people just get the size they’d like to think they are”. She was so rude and annoyed. The entire time I felt like a huge inconvenience with any questions I had and felt highly uncomfortable. No one is around the dressing room to ask questions, they take off. Women shouldn’t treat women like this, even more so when it’s such an expensive place and it’s shopping for literal bras. :( It was a horrible experience!"

"I’m someone who doesn’t leave reviews often. However in this case I must. There was a recent review about Ruby, she is nothing like the review stated. She is a nice sweet girl. She has never made me feel judged or rushed. She takes her time with you, makes sure you are heard and does her best to help you with everything she can do. She is always smiling and explains everything thoroughly. I always look forward to seeing her. Reviews should be honest. Tell us what exactly what happened. Did you not get your way and you felt petty so you left a review tarnishing someone’s reputation. If you do go to this store ask for Ruby she is one of the best there!!"

"Honestly they don’t deserve any star at all, The associate doesn’t smile and stairs at you with dreadful look and when you asked for help and see how you dress they frown and ignored you. Clara and The Manager on floor Ruby doesn’t accommodate you unless you look well presented, by the way I went there with my work clothes which a guest wasn’t appropriate for them. I wish whoever the highest manager properly train them again."

"Giving 0 stars to one employee specifically. I came in yesterday and I had a quick question, The worker wearing a pink puffer with fluff on the hood and she had a bun (didn’t get the chance to get her name) she barely wanted to answer my question. And when she responded she had such an attitude and was being sarcastic, I’ve been to multiple victoria secrets and never been treated so poorly. The WORST customer service ever!!!!! at least from that one employee."
