"The barista was super nice and just a joy to chat to. Wish I got her name but she has red hair and made a delicious coffee for myself and my family. Super bummed there is a no tipping policy because we would have LOVED to tip her - she clearly goes above and beyond."
"The 3 star review is because I was really disappointed to find out that their manager doesn't allow tipping. This isn't a corporate policy because I've been able to tip at every other Starbucks I've been to. My barista Autumn was absolutely lovely and made me a fabulous drink and it made me very sad that I couldn't tip her. This policy should definitely change."
