"We were the only people there. Employees were breaking outside and some inside talking and refilling and drinking their sodas. They didn't start our mobile order until we drove up in the drive-through (even though it was for curbside) after waiting 10 minutes. Everything was burnt and inedible. There was no apology, and no communication in general, just handed us the food eventually. We ended up throwing it away and writing the store. This was on December 3rd, and I still have not received a response back. I included details and pictures."

"Got a Jr. Western burger (a promo item) and it was like any other $2.50 burger. It was small, squished, sauce sloppily everywhere. Something you won't care if you have again."

"Beautiful building doesn't make up for the nasty food. Ordered a burger wasn't busy at all and my order came out within 2 minutes. I thought it was a little fast even though its fast food. Burger was thrown together... Literally thrown the burger was falling apart and barely warm. In all honesty one of the worst burgers I've ever had not just from Carl's Jr but in general. Will not go back to this location."

"Not good! I rarely leave bad reviews. I work nearby this store and have been going there since it opened. I have watched the quaility of food seriously decline. They still haven't opened the dining room( post pandemic), and they have had the second drive through closed for two years? I went there today and ordered a bacon cheese burger in a lettuce wrap and this is what I got. Forgot the bacon and aparently there out of lettuce? I was told after I went back through the drive thru. (dinning room is closed). I really don't blame the employees. I blame management and or owners/upper management. Give your people what they need to thrive! I really like Carl's Jr and don't really have super high expectations when getting fast food. I just hope they get there stuff together."
