"Honestly I'm so disappointed I paid $30, which is nonrefundable and I DONT wanna go back, for a bridal appointment. I had Christy, who was nice enough but just like last time I came in for a bridal party dress, kept bringing me dresses that were too large. Which was fine, initially, because I was told we'd "find" my size after a few dresses. Never happened. I have large hips but very small chested/ribcage and I felt insecure in every dress I tried on because they had to be pinned and were still gaping in the chest. My sister in law finally brought over a size 12, beautiful ballgown, the lady puts it in the dressing room, shuts the door, and says "that's too small" and moves right over to some other dress. I literally had to beg her to let me try it on!!! I had JUST bought a size 12 brides maid dress in October. So I get in this dress and she goes "good call, fits perfect" and I love the dress but guess what, my hour is up. She tells me she has another bride, im feeling pressured to figure out if this is the one, and I ask for one more similar dress in this size so I can see if I actually like the dress, or just the fact that it fits me so I feel confident. I didn't tell her that part, because I felt so uncomfortable and pressured with her. Brings me another dress obviously just. Too. Big. Idk what this lady has against me wearing a size 12. When it's what fits me, especially when it's not a fitted cut. It's the second time I've felt blow off in just the past couple months. I don't know if they want more money so you have to pay for alterations, or if they're just being petty about my sizing? Regardless, I am again upset I've wasted $30 because I do NOT want to give them my money for a wedding dress."

"Absolutely blown away by the amazing experience from Christy. I went in alone for my appointment with low expectations and walked out an hour later with my dress selected and I couldn't be happier! Updated to add: The alteration team is amazing. They suggested adding elastic to the bodice to keep everything where it should be, and hemmed it to the perfect length. The bustle helped me dance the whole reception too!"

"I have came here for my homecoming dance and prom for a dress, both of those visits were amazing. I recently was in a hurry to find a semi formal dress for a wedding(I was told last minute about this wedding) I walked in 20 minutes to closing and the staff was nothing less then amazing they stayed open a bit longer for me and helped me pick out the most beautiful dress, all while they hyped me up and made me feel amazing! "I just had the pleasure of going into Benita’s to try on wedding dresses and I can’t tell you how welcoming and kind the ladies were. I was able to make my appointment online last night (last minute) and as soon as I walked in… it was as if my appointment had been planned for weeks. They gathered all the dresses in my size and helped me with trying them on. They also were very good at matching beautiful veil’s to the dress.
