"I ordered 2 non-coffee drinks (basically soda w/a flavor) and a bagel w/cream cheese. The drinks were fine. The bagel was so hard I could knock on it. The cream cheese was sparse- maybe 1 tablespoon on a large bagel. It was a complete waste of $. It took nearly 15 minutes to get my order. There weren't any other customers there at the time."

"This little spot is honestly just amazing and the best. Very kind and friendly baristas who provide excellent customer service and consistently, reliably great coffee beverages! I’ve never had a drink messed up here- ever! They even know my regular order by heart! I have never regretted coming here or leaving a nice tip because they are wonderful and do a great job every single time! Note: They do in fact offer blended drinks (not the case everywhere) and also food/snack items! Totally recommend! Great whipped cream as well :)"

"My bro, and I were kicking it (lunch and geocaching) the other day. I was fading fast and needed a pick-me-up via java joy. Mike mentioned that he couldn't find the geocache nearby, but I had. I ordered him to go to the Caffe Pronto parking lot. I asked for recommendations from Madison. She suggested an Almond Rocha mocha with Almond Rocha whip cream! Hell yay!"
