"Just a totally relaxing, well served, fully flavored evening. We were able to snag an outdoor table on a clear slightly breezy evening. Drinks came timely, then the wilted arugula salad, perfect. Oh, even the bread was satisfying! Then, the chickpea crusted halibut and braised short ribs floated into our view. Oh, man, they were both perfectly prepared, and we had to breathe deep to slow down and enjoy the perfect mix of flavors. We look forward to the next time! If you haven’t been, go for the first time, you’ll be amazed"
"I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Brix 25 was fantastic all around! Ambiance is wonderful, attentive service, well balanced cocktails, and delicious food. We enjoyed the Pear Old Fashioned, the Pear Pinch, and their version of an Irish coffee! The pork shank with noodles fell off the bone and had a rich flavor. Both appetizers were full of flavor and we ended the night with the carrot cake! Oh….you also start your experience with complimentary sparkling wine! If you haven’t been….make a plan to go!"
