"The staff are great. Product is fine. But the recent remodel should go down as one of the worst ideas ever. They turned a large inviting store with plenty of seating into a box that shoves coffee out of a window. Not a single table or chair to be seen. And near a college campus to boot. Starbucks has made it abundantly clear they want you to give them your money and leave. Proof that “third place” is finally dead."
