Puerto Vallarta

"Been coming here for years. Food is usually good, waitstaff is better than average, but management is terrible. Recently I went in and ordered the Molcajete bowl with my S.O. Got to the bottom of the bowl and found a plastic bread bag clip in my mouth. When confronted, the waitstaff told me it was a clip from their tortilla bag, and shrugged it off like no big deal. No offer for compensation or anything. The last time I went in (this past weekend), they charged my credit card twice for the same meal. I've been back two times now over this and the manager says the bank only put a hold on the card and that the funds would be returned. That was a week ago. He is wrong and refuses to help me. I've been eating here for over 20 years, am a regular customer, and will never go back again. The management has no interest in taking care of their customers. I've contacted my bank and will be waiting for them to correct Puerto Vallarta's mistake in charging me twice for the same meal. Shameful that they don't care about their customers. I'll never go back"

"I was surprisingly impressed by this place. Clean, good atmosphere, attentive service, and the food was great too. Great Mexican food in small town Kingston. I’ve gone by this place so many times and thought it would probably be a bust, but it wasn’t! The place is definitely batting above average for its location. They were even making fresh tortillas on the spot with a small tortilla machine. I’m glad I gave them a try and will certainly be back."

Yum Charlie a young man who works here was non stop go, go, go. He attended every need of the customer quickly and efficiently."
