Fresh Pho

"Really didn't want to write this review because we used to come here often but lately our experiences have been subpar. The food is good but with all the other Vietnamese restaurants, I'd rather go to others in the area. The service is terrible and that's why I'm giving the one star. First time of having terrible service, I'll give them a pass. But when it happens again, then now I'll have to say something. The waiter with glasses was just rude and unattentive. Waited a long time to place an order and then when he delivered food, he just threw it down on the table. We requested a small bowl and when he brought the wrong one, he never came back. Thankfully the other waiter was nice and did that for us. It's a shame and management needs to have their employees focus on customer service. Seems like a recurring theme with other reviews."

"I ordered the chicken vermicelli to go and the chicken looked like it had these fiber hairs all over it. I had my friend look at it. We both agreed it was weird to have these little hairs everywhere so I took it back for a refund and there was no manager and the guy Henry cashier told me they can't do anything. No refund. No coupon. Nothing. So I left the food there and left. I'm never going back .... Waste of $17 and lost my appetite to be honest."

"01/04/2024: Popped in for lunch and it wasn't too busy. Very clean area. Service was prompt and attentive. Order pho tai and egg rolls. Hot and flavorful broth. Steak comes already cooked. Quite a bit of the noodles were cut and short. Egg rolls were hot and fresh, filling a bit mushy but flavor was there. Love that Ding Tea is connected. Love their fruit teas."

"Fresh Pho didn’t disappoint. Really clean and nicely decorated interior with a good atmosphere. Combination Pho tasted outstanding. Service was decent. Overall, I think it’s a great spot for Pho."
