"Other negative reviews are correct. If you want the "ULTIMATE Endless Shrimp" *STAY AWAY* unless you want to wait 15 to 20 minutes between getting each dish of 5 shrimp. Manager will of course claim that are busy and under staffed. But this is clearly a training issue as others do not have this problem."

"We came for dinner on Nov. 18th 2023, during the endless shrimp promotion. They only brought two extra servings of shrimp in 3 hours, and only my husband ordered the endless shrimp. My son and I ordered other shrimp dishes. The service was very slow, our drinks were only refilled once, there was a very fishy smell coming from the kitchen, and when we tried to pay, it took 20 minutes before anyone came to give us a tablet to check out, my son and I had gone to the car because it was taking so long. It then had 2 alcoholic drinks and an appetizer that we didn't even order on there, and we were charged the extra, refunded, and then charged the correct amount. The food was good, but the service was really lacking. We are also really disappointed with the fact that they took a long time in between bringing the other orders of shrimp, simply so they wouldn't have to give as much shrimp. My husband could have saved money by ordering the "pick three" shrimp since that was really all he ended up with. We would not eat here again."

"I've wanted to eat a the Red Lobster for years. We don't have one in Anchorage Alaska. Everything was truly exceptional!"

"The staff was so awesome. I wish I got the gals name who helped us. We told her it was our first time at Red Lobster and she made the whole thing amazing. She was working the night shift and we sat at the booth by the lobster tank in front. Anyway, the food was amazing. I can't believe I waited so long to go. The atmosphere was awesome. I just wish the lights were a little brighter, I had a hard time adjusting to the darkness. That would be my only complaint. But other than that it was fantastic!"
