Starbucks

"Told to wait until she was ready. Took my order while rolling her eyes. Didn't ask for name so I had to be on the look out for my drink instead of chilling. The bathroom has a vode to get in. No paper had to use my personal wipes, sink was filthy and the hand dryer eas located in a weird spot. I threw my pink drink awsy bc it was slimy n I was scared she'd spit in it. Eeeeeew!!!! Never going back!"

"Was in the drive-thru for 20 minutes! When I got to the window there was no apology for the long wait. So not how you treat your customers if you want them to return."

"Went to Starbucks on pac Ave and drove off with my coffee I took a Sip and it was awful. So I came to this location and they remade it for me. Seriously best coffee I've ever had. I thought starbucks was all the same and people either liked it or didn't but they came because they know what to expect. Todays starbucks experience with these two locations totally changed my view on that. Coffee was amazing here and so were the staff!!"

"Waited over 25 minutes in the drive through. Barista said they had no drip coffee brewed so we said an Americano is fine if that is all they have. They charged us $4.45 for an Americano when we ordered a drip coffee. I worked at Starbucks for many years about 15 years ago and let me tell you that is not the way we did things back then. Not going to be going to Starbucks anymore it’s just not worth the frustration."

"Stopped by this location for a caramel macchiato. Since Starbucks makes them how I prefer. Drive thru can be long but it moves quickly & service was stellar!"
