Wendy's

"I ordered 2 double baconator burgers, 1 plain, which means no salad or sauce, right? Wrong it means no bacon too. I paid an extra $5 for bacon that is lalso not going on either. The food is overall very average and not enticing. $8 for this mess? The fries are still 6/10 but the burgers are a solid 3/10 below minimum price of entry. Ask yourself Dave, why are we failing as a company? It's because the food sucks. McD's food sucks too but they make it taste good enough to sell billions more everyday. How? Go get some McD's take out and try it. Check out the prices ? And see how seldom they get their order wrong, it happens but they figure out how to minimize and never argue with a guest about it. 1/10 not edible 2/10 barely able to stand it 3/10 will eat it maybe 4/10 whatever? 5/10 minimum price to be considered worth mentioning 6/10 prety good 7/10 very good 8/10 something to talk about 9/10 outstanding 10/10 not happening in my lifetime."

"EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here there's a problem! My family and I usually love Wendy's and my husband and I worked in the restaurant industry for 10+ years so I gave this location MANY trys thinking maybe it was just an off day... maybe they were short staffed.. etc. First time I made a mobile order via wendys app, I opted to pick it up inside. I get there about 7 pm on a Friday night and the doors are locked, I see the manager inside so I hold my phone up so she can see I am picking up an order and she yells for me (and another man picking up an order) to go through the drive through. The drive through is about 7 cars long, it takes FORTY minutes for me to get my food. By the time I get it it's cold and disgusting. We decide to give it another go a few weeks later, again the dining room is closed EARLY on a Friday night. I try to order chicken nuggets, they don't have them, I try to order a vanilla frosty, they don't have it, so now I have to go next door to mcdonalds for my kids food... fine. I order 2 LARGE combos, they give me one medium and one large. AGAIN I wait a week or 2 and go back, this time the dining is room open, cool, so I go in to order. Took a while to get my food but it's dinner time so I get it. Get my food and I am missing a large fry, I tell the girl at the counter and she asks to see my receipt, which I figure out she put in my kids meal for whatever reason. Of course it's on there.. she says okay and stands there. Doesn't call it out, nothing. Stands there. She waited for the drive through to get their food before even telling the cook she needs a large fry. During that time 2 other people come in missing food, whole meals and sandwiches. GET IT TOGETHER"

"Very busy at times but staff is very fast and still maintains quality and courteous service. The line for drive thru was all the way around the building when I was there and thought it would be a long wait but i was pleasantly surprised how fast it went."

"They need more counter help especially during the dinner hours. With an even number of online and in person orders, only 1 person was trying to fill all of them. So an in person order that should only take 5 to 8 min max took 20. I was getting a salad which was fine (premade) (Cobb) and a chicken blt. Glad no fries or nuggets. Those items sat in people's bags for a while waiting for everything else. The girl at the counter did a great job calmly trying to fill 8 orders at a time without help."

"Wendy's always has consistent food quality. I've been a visitor of theirs since I was a kid, and every restaurant everywhere serves your favorites just how you like them! Service is usually good as well. The atmosphere is mostly closed, but I hope they reopen dining rooms soon."
