"Great service, but I feel terrible that I discovered I totally forgot to leave a tip. I heard rumor you might go to paper gift cards. NOOOO. I keep my plastic ones for gifts and reloads, and I have some wonderful no-longer available scenes that I swap out per season. The clerks love looking at the cards we all use."

"This location has friendly staff and a clean café but skimps on drinks. Our ice drink was three-quarters ice, and our hot drink with whip was about an inch down from the lip of the cup. When I brought it to their attention, they shrugged. I haven't had to deal with this to such a degree before and have been to many different starbucks."

"My daughter is 13 and had been saving $ for a cool cup. We called ahead of time (about 15 min drive) and asked if they had the new cups. She said “yes hurry in they will all sell quickly” so we rushed there and secured the cup. We go to check out and they tell us we can’t purchase it until tomorrow, mind you there is a FULL ENTIRE DISPLAY UP of cups. Not setting up. Just full setup no signs nothing. And she repeats “I’m so sorry there’s nothing we can do” I even tell her we drove there because the lady on the phone advised us to. My daughter was upset. I understand this doesn’t seem like a big deal but to her it was and knowing we couldn’t go back in the morning because she was in school and me working was even more upsetting for her. Maybe don’t put displays up if customers can’t purchase. Or make sure everyone is aware before hand to not tell people to come in if we actually can’t buy them. I’ll definitely deal with other Starbucks over this one from here on out, there’s literally no way she absolutely couldn’t have sold us the cups. I was a lead at Starbucks too long to know she was just saying that."
