"**Updated** I emailed them as requested and upper management provided the best customer service I’ve seen anywhere in a long time. For that they deserve 5 stars ✨ The ice cream base was a very temporary replacement due to product shortages. They recently stopped using real ice cream for their shakes, and failed to let customers know. I spent $15 on 2 drinks that were not what I wanted. It was literally the only reason I went out of my way to stop by there. Guess I won’t be doing that anymore."

"Vanilla latte was disgustingly sweet and effectively syrup. Given that other parts of my order were incorrect it’s entirely possible that it was as well. Kids had the same issue with their hot chocolates and one was cold. They tell you one price at the time of order and you’re charged a different price at the window. For the issue, they give you a free drink but given the issues why go back? Response time starts off quick, but then drops off significantly."

"Then coming here often on for years, but usually being my wife wanting a drink and I am here for drip coffee today. Always enjoyed Whidbey coffee so it was a no-brainer when I didn’t have coffee at home this morning. As I expected, the staff was really nice and friendly and I think I paid for and got my drip coffee and under a minute it was actually surprising in a good way of course"

"Delicious locally roasted coffee. Yummy fresh baked goodies. Great service. It can get pretty busy, but worth the sometimes wait if you need coffee! My particular favorite is their drip coffee. I mostly drink black coffee, so it's nice that they keep it fresh all day long and it's good."
