"Purchased 4 pieces of fabric and only received 3. I didn't get an email/any updates that they could not deliver one of the fabrics nor was I refunded for the one fabric that they left out. They physically wrote on my order slip that they had a new new subtotal but never issued the refund. I have been trying to contact them to receive a refund and customer service has yet to solve this. I would not recommend ordering fabric online from them. Will update my review if they resolve this issue. *Update: I sent several emails to the "contact us" page and didn't get a response, there is however a contact email address in the description, once I emailed that I got a quick response. I got the refund for the fabric that didn't come, issue resolved. PS. I forgot to mention that they do not issue a tracking number/email notifying you that your order has been shipped. I still don't recommend ordering online for that reason as they didn't let me know that something was missing. It would be best to shop in store but that is not possible for me.
